NEW!

After last week’s “Better Call Saul” episode brought a wrenching change to the life of Jimmy McGill (Bob Odenkirk), it seems his march toward fully embracing the sleazy Saul Goodman persona is going full-speed ahead. In tonight’s Season 6, Episode 10, titled, “Nippy,” we don’t yet know whether the show will continue showing us the Saul Goodman who viewers saw at the end of last week’s episode, or if the timeline will move ahead, to the post-”Breaking Bad” world of Saul living an undercover life as Gene, manager of a Cinnabon in a Nebraska mall.

(Don’t have cable? You can stream “Better Call Saul” Season 6, Episode 10, “Nippy,” on Philo, which offers a free trial, and on fubo TV, which also offers a free trial.)

As always, there’s precious little information available. The Season 6, Episode 10 description is even more vague than usual. “”A new player gets in the game,” is all the detail you’re going to find in the onscreen episode description.

There’s been some speculation that Episode 10 is the one that will bring the long-awaited appearances by Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul as their “Breaking Bad” characters, Walter White and Jesse Pinkman.

The show’s Twitter account, meanwhile, features a black-and-white image of a cinnamon roll on a plate with what looks like a wedding ring nearby. The Gene flash-forward episodes have been in black and white, the cinnamon roll sure looks like a reference to Cinnabon, and well, as we saw last week, Jimmy’s marital status appears to have changed.

“Better Call Saul” airs from 9-10:10 p.m. Monday, July 25, on AMC.
